Join us for this interactive cooking demonstration, food tasting, and presentation of special culinary tips. Jason Green, Sous Chef at The Grille at Crosswater, will be on hand to host this exciting and tasty monthly event. This month, he will feature homemade Irish stew and soda bread. Cost is $10 per person, and free for owners when they show their ID card. Open to the public, but please RSVP by Wednesday, March 10.
On March 16, 2010 five local Spas across Deschutes County will be participating in a Do Good. Feel Good. Spa Day to Benefit the Family Access Network (FAN) of Deschutes County. Sage Springs Spa at Sunriver Resort, Anjou Spa in Bend, Black Butte Ranch Spa in Sisters, Jinsei Spa in Bend, and Shibui Spa in Sisters will donate 100% of the proceeds from the day to help FAN connect children to basic-needs services. Sage Springs Spa will be giving 50 minute massages for $100. 100% of that will go directly to support FAN - enough to sponsor a needy child for an entire year. The collective goal of the five spas is to sponsor 100 kids for the year.

The Sunriver Nature Center and Observatory is thrilled to share facts, figures, myths and more about the largest planet in our solar system, Jupiter. This great interactive and informational talk will take place at the Lake House. Cost is $5 per person, and free for owners when they show their ID card. Open to the public, but please RSVP by Friday, March 19.
Take a chance with the roll of the dice! Join us for this family friendly casino night at the Lake House where high rollers of all ages are welcome to come and take a chance at various Las Vegas style tables. We'll be serving up great snacks, as well as have a cash bar on hand. There will be prizes at the end of the night for those players who strike it big!
